现收到芬方2016年春季学期的交流生（理工类）申请信息

根据申请程序和时间截点，我校拟定的申请流程如下:

9月17-29日：各学院宣传、选拔学生

9月30日：各学院推荐学生，将学生姓名、学院、专业、年级、邮箱、电话（英文版信息）列表发送给外办

9月30日：外办汇总信息后提名给芬方

10月1-15日：芬方邮件通知学生个人进行网上申请，学生按芬方要求递交网上申请

10月16日-11月：芬方审核学生申请

11月底：芬方通知录取情况

请有意向申请的同学将报名信心（姓名、学院、专业、年级、邮箱、电话（英文版信息））于2015年9月29日前发至shang@tongji.edu.cn

Greetings from Aalto University School of Chemical Technology.

Our incoming exchange student application has been opened. The deadline for applications is October 15 for those students who apply for the spring term 2016. We promise the application result no later than 6 weeks after the deadline (=in late November).

We will only send the application link to nominated students, so please send me a list of your nominated students’ names and email addresses well before the application deadline so that the students will have enough time to receive the information and fill out the application.
