摘要:Accurately constructing a reduced order model (ROM) of parameterized partial differential equations (PDEs) has always been a challenging problem in engineering and applied sciences. In this talk, we present several ROMs based on proper orthogonal decomposition (POD) and dynamic mode decomposition (DMD) coupled with regression methods. The ROMs are tested on various parameterized PDE problems, such as Burgers’ equations, reaction-diffusion equations and Navier-Stokes equations. The results demonstrate the accuracy and efficiency of the new ROMs, indicating their great potential in the uncertainty quantification and prediction of parameterized PDEs.
