Abstract: We consider Nakajima quiver varieties over algebraically closed fields in positive characteristics, and give categorification of integrable highest weight modules. The main efforts were to clarify arguments by Cautis-Kamnitzer-Licata, making them work in positive characteristics. Then, the final step appeals to a theorem by Cautis, who introduced the notion of transient maps.
