Abstract:In this talk, I will introduce some lower bounds for the volume of geodesic balls in Poincare-Einstein manifolds, using the fractional Yamabe constants on the conformal infinity. As applications, this first implies the rigidity theorem and gap theorem for Poincare-Einstein manifolds. Second, it completes the existence theorem for fractional Yamabe problems on the conformal infinity without using PMT.

报告人简介:王芳,上海交通大学数学科学学院教授,2010年博士毕业于美国麻省理工学院。主要研究领域是几何分析、偏微分方程与微局部分析。主要研究成果发表在《Advances in Mathematics》《Communications in Mathematical Physics》《Journal of Functional Analysis》《Calculus of Variations and Partial Differential Equations》等国际知名期刊上。
