报告将首先阐述应急管理的四个基本阶段，然后介绍应急响应流程的特点及其建模与分析，最后重点探讨给予agent的应急响应流程的设计与实现。

简要介绍报告人五十多年科研工作的主要成果,包括三个方面: 第一,建立新的有使用价值的不动点定理(重点是范数形式的锥拉伸与锥压缩不动点定理); 第二,利用半序方法研究非紧非连续增算子,减算子和混合单调算子的不动点(以混合单调算子为例说明); 第三,利用拓扑方法,变分方法和半序方法研究各种非线性积分方程的解(包括Banach空间中非线性脉冲积分-微分方程的解).

Two graphs of same number of vertices pack if they can be embedded in the same vertex set so that the resulting graph is simple. Alternatively, two graphs pack if and only if one graph is a subgraph of the complement of the other graph. Many extremal graph theory problems can be stated naturally in terms of graph packing. In this talk, I will mainly talk about the recent progress on graph packing in terms of degree conditions. Some open problems will be mentioned as well
